What had happened was:

IPC is coming so wanted to try to focus on a few classics.

Short warm-up, then started with a classic web, one big boy, four hammers, two hammers progressed all the way up to 10 big boys, 40 hammers, and still two merkins.

To the Abbeywood Dr. start at the intersection and every other driveway on the right finishing at the end for 10 stops with 10 merkins at each stop. Same thing on the way back with heels to heaven.

Anytime we had to wait on the sixth we would do sets of 10, 15, or 20 low squats.

Unfinished, with 20 Burpee before we left the neighborhood.

Ran back behind the school. Had a few minutes left did about 50 yard bear crawl, then mosey back to COT.
