Today marks the merging of two of the greatest Saturday bootcamp AO’s in Waxhaw. Titan keeps the location (Southbrook Church) and Commitment brings over the name (First ao in Waxhaw, first hour long bootcamp)

The four site q’s thought splitting into 15 minute workouts would be a good idea. Some pax enjoyed it, others didn’t. For the ones that didn’t, we invited them to check out the port a John facilities for a Jack ass style event.

Hatchet started us with some moseying stretches followed by keddle bell work during the bootcamp portion…apparently there are confining rules to this new site.

Jitter bug took us towards the field for star fishes and field work.

Gasperilla (pretty sure I murdered the spelling) started continued the keddle bell portion with some bear crawls and keddle work for 100 yards. I believe someone said he was dragging around a 45 lb keddle all day (wtf).

Fuse box finished with addition 100 yard keddle work and a riffle carry back to cot. It was at this point I realized you need to specify two arm riffle as most pax were alternating arms to cercumvent curls.

We realized in cot that this site has more aed machines than any other site so if nothing else we have that going for us.

– Dasher showed up to figure out why the hell the titan name was going away
– Chastain showed up to take over posse’s normal role of q agitator
– It was good to see McGruff out after a few weeks off
– I finally got to meet the infamous thunder cat – who still has no idea how he got his name
– No ghost sightings of two timer.
– After years of trying to find Elmers, Sugar Daddy, and Mad Dog at commitment I finally found them at south brook. The respects and 1 double respect still killing it like I remembered.
– Chainsaw looking a little extra light on his feet today but that may be due to his wallet being lighter from a recent car purchase.
– Hatchet with his hand on the rip cord ready to pull at a moments notice but realized the merger was a good thing and no nunchucks were needed.
– Maple out front all day. I guess he was the lone guy that didn’t go back for Christmas dinner seconds this week.
– Considering the planning for today’s q between four people happened during the workout, I’d say it went pretty well.
– I’m sure there were others but I’m out of things to say.
