Got to the field and completed 6 – 10 umotivator and after started the fun. Did some bear crawling, skipping, and rifle carry as mode of transportation to the 25, 50, 75, and 100 yard line and completed an exercise. The amount of reps was determined by the yard marker using the kettlebell. This repeated up and down the field until 10 minutes left. PAX headed back to COT but along the way completed (2) Navy burpees. Once first set of burpees was completed, rifle carry for 30 seconds to complete second set. Repeato until reaching COT and three minutes left. Closed out bear crawling, skipping, and big boy.
