– Exceeded RC’s goal for us: 40 out of 33 units!
– Rockslide single handedly (literally in more ways than 1) got the fellowship hall prepped for the RC crew
– This RC crew was the best in all our blood drives, hands down. No longer than usual waits; nobody’s first day sticking.:tclaps:
– Worn down from Ghosted’s relentless texting, we already have more than half of our slots filled for the Saturday, November 15 donation! They went through a QR code that took them here:

– The :six::zero::zero:th donation came from DVP on a Power Red move! He barely beat some lady by a couple of minutes. Thank goodness, because I was gonna struggle tryin’ to explain what that shirt would have meant. Who is DVP? Well, he’s Red Rider’s 1.0. Who’s Red Rider? OK…long story. Hatchet – he’ll take the XL.
– “Not so fast, my friend!” Upon further review, we started with the wrong number today.:hushed: Once Ghosted recalculated, he realized that the TRUE 600 goes to the 606 spot – Das Boot! What a total redemption arc for this man! He hinted at his story on Friday. Talk to him to witness that #Hero’sJourney.:saluting_face: Hatchet – I think Das takes a medium? I’m sure you already know.
– To add to Das’ drama, his car battery died in trying to get to the blood drive. No doubt Dunkin had a hand in that. – Talked with several pre-FNG’s. Let’s see if I still have the ChatterBox bait.
– I think we only had 4 people go to the wrong side of the road. That’s improvement.
– Rudy’s M donated, but he was nowhere to be found:man-shrugging:
– Schnitzel got his M in the mood with the most romantic date night ever. Hat tip to you, sir – boss move!
– Long Haul (not in Slack) was a site for bloodshot eyes! A Marvin Man from way back, Bratwurst almost has him convinced to come out to nightstalker- next Thursday evening at 6:00 PM
– Jitterbug & Gasparilla were only partially surprised, in their first F3 drive, that we compete on donation times. They both gave a look of disappointment that no pyrotechnics went off when they came off the table. Super disappointed the roadies didn’t hook them up with some backstage fans.
– The winner of today’s drive is Jingles, strong out of the gate with a sub 4 time – 3:58!
– It would be super really great to have some HIM’s cooking up some goodness at the November drive. Paging Schneider, Chicken Little, Black Hat, along with potential chefs Pyro & Rooster. Or anyone in the whats_cookin channel.
– Ghosted does so much work that is never seen behind the scenes. This does not happen without HIM, period. Yeah, it’ll probably be October 11 before we see him again. But like Santa, y’all put him through so much work, only to sign up at the last minute (looking at you Carb Load), he can only stand to be around y’all for so long.
