YHC got back to Waxhaw at 0300 Sunday morning and remembered a poorly timed commitment to Q at Flash, but it had to happen and it more or less did.
WARMUP: Mosey to the shed for some warm up. Then mosey to the student parking lot for more. Highlights included hillbillies, a variation on plank jacks and Baryshnikov squats.
THE THANG: Partner up for Bulgarian split squats, per this week’s Exicon Challenge. Squats then hold plank while the partner runs to the light pole and and back Repeato. More exercises with the partner as the timer.
Go to the pole for some broad jump burpees to the island. Call it again just to hear the PAX revolt but then tell them it was a joke.
Mosey to the front of the middle school for more Bulgarian split squats with some merkins and running. Return to COT.
