Do as many reps as possible as one person grabs a sand bag and runs to the end of the parking lot. Does 1 burpee and returns to the line.
Then everyone else runs to the end of the parking lot and does 1 burpee (no bag) while the guy that had the bag does the workout.
When the group gets back the next pax grabs the sand bag and move onto the next exercise. Repeat until time is up.
