What had happened was:
Reverse lunges, one arm clean and jerk, simbas, goblet squats, and one arm swings were the corner stations

Ran around the Petsmart parking lot with our bells in increments of 10, 15, 20 and 25 until time pretty much ran out. Between laps was a run intermission. Threw in some bell merkins just because I am required to.
Music was very non-offending classic rock.

That is all. Kudos to the guys with the 40+ bells for lugging those things around. I was too tired to notice anything else.
Also, Gerber is soooo kewl.
