Deadwood was late. He didn’t run over my cones this time so I suppose that’s improvement. I’ve never seen such pitiful side straddle hops, though.
After a quick warmup we moved to the square. The Care Bear Square. Exercises went thusly:
Round 1:
– Corner 1: 20 Squats
– Corner 2: 20 Merkins
– Corner 3: 20 Big Bois
– Corner 4: 10 Burpees
– Bear Crawl the 25 yards between each cone
– Corner 1: 20 Curls
– Corner 2: 20 Presses
– Corner 3: 20 Triceps
– Corner 4: 10 Blockees
– Rifle Carry (or Farmer’s Carry) the 25 yards between cones
After each round we converged on the center and did a few exercises together before heading back to the cones to repeato.
Round 2 was 15 reps each, followed by 10 reps in round 3 and 5 reps in round 4
