What had happened was:

What had happened was I wrote a nice long BB describing in intricate detail what we did but then I broke it and lost the whole thing and now you get a 3 day old BB with leftover effort (read: not much)

We played a game I made FIVE YEARS AGO, called “Uncle!”, named after the fun game where someone puts you in a submission hold until you submit by saying “Uncle”. I checked with Penalty Box on whether that was a thing in Canada but they don’t have uncles there…or something.

Anyways, one person stands in the middle with heavier weights (coupon, 40# KB, or 20# dumbbells) and calls and exercise. The remaining pax are in a circle with lighter weights (usually) and do the called exercise in cadence with the leader. When the leader has had enough they call “Uncle!”. Usually the leader taps out first but there were some (ie. Monkey D who casually ripped out 100 chest presses in a row, or Catfish who did 50 Lawn Mowers with his right arm and a 40# KB AND THEN SWITCHED TO HIS LEFT FOR ANOTHER 50!)

Anyways, besides a short warmup that was the whole weinke. Good job everyone. I don’t remember anything else.
