– Rosalita with the clap

MOLESKINE:

We had a lively bunch at Dromedary this week and most were all in on the goofy exercises, though some seemed too manly for the girly exercises. Their loss because several of those work less used muscles and the soreness was for real later on.

There are still plenty of exercises we didn’t get to and our women should be celebrated more often, so keep an eye out for a Das Boot weinke coming your way soon.
