Long mosey around school to traffic circle for few SSHs and Jimmy Dugan stretch
THE THANG:
Partner work around jungle – 6 laps and mix in hand slaps , Bonnie Blair’s, Burpees and Bobby Hurleys
Mosey up around school long way to bus lot with the overhang and stairs for individual work
5 laps around triangle and mix in some work
-Up top 20 LBCs , 10 pistols each leg
-Corner- 10 walking Lungees
-Stairs – 2 burpees
Mosey up to school for some more work
– 25 dips and 5 derkins
– alcove one 10 Mike Tyson’s 2 burpees
-alcove two 10 bomb jacks and 2 burpees
Rinse repeat 2 more times.
Mosey back to COT taking the trail.

When the rain came last night it through off my original Weinke so I had to make it up on the fly. Qing ignition is always fun cause it pushes me to get out of my comfortable zone trying to keep the gazelles interested and working. I would challenge anyone that has not been to ignition or Q-Ed ignition to get out there and do it- you will be surprised at what you can and will do around this group—
