What had happened was:
Started off with a mosey to the high school parking lot.
Warmed up with 25ish side straddle hops, 25 rocking night clubs, runners lunge each side, calf stretch each side
Mosey again to the nearest Lawson entrance and made our way to a rolling hill.
Did 7s with squat + half squat at the bottom and mike Tyson + merkins at the top.
Mosey again through Lawson to another hill and did 5 rounds of 5 burpees on the bottom 5 jump lunges at the top.
Hot mosey back to COT sort of losing Ice9 along the way but somehow he beat us all.. still a mystery.
