THE THANG:
Rifle carry to Mount X
6 exercises 1min and 30 second each with 20 second break
Kettle bell swing, Curls, Blockees, Sit-up with press at end , block merkins , squat Thrusters
1 round then rifle carry 1/3 way around Mount X drop block and run 2 laps. Grab your block and head back for 1 more round of exercises-
Rifle carry and run again and compete your laps
Grab you block and head back for 30 seconds of 1 exercise and head back to COT.
