For various reasons some people cannot do swarm or do not want to risk getting injured at ultimate or just wanted to come to a different workout. And impromptu off the books drawn out last night and then named Body by Gerber :tm: by Mad Dog.
Goal was to keep mileage at or below 2 miles and do some strength and core exercises that I’ve been working on the past few months while injured. I got exactly 2 miles and during the course of the workout we completed:
140 kettlebell swings.
30 curls
40 thrusters
65 Simba‘s
65 heels to heaven
65 two is one heel touches
Two minutes of planking pull throughs
4+ minutes of planking (on top of the pull throughs)
Hamstring Glute exercises.
Merkins, etc
