FNGs: None
COUNT: 11
WARMUP:
DiCCS given. Mosey to the hill.

THE THANG:
Today’s them was driven by the PAX strong desire to bear crawl (they couldn’t stop talking about it), no one wanted to take their rucks on and off, and everyone was really in a hurry, so we mosey/shuffled when not doing exercises.

First things first: Triple nickel on the hill. 5 Merkins at the bottom, bear crawl up, 5 squats a t the top, crawl bear down. Do it five times and hope for more.

Makhtar N’Diayes x 10 to catch our breath before moving on

Circuit of Apple Turnover: 10 steps bear crawl, 10 steps crab walk, repeat again, Squats x 5, mosey/shuffle to finish out current side of loop. Repeat eight times and hope for more.

Mosey/shuffle out the time before Q-Source. About 90 seconds.

Q-Source today covered F2 Language. While rucking (as Damascus understood it before today) we discussed what lexicon do we use at home with our families and it’s role in leadership in the home. We followed by discussing how F3’s lexicon has influence our lexicon at home and how it has influenced out leadership at home.

Today we learned that Fuse Box is not a fan of the bear crawl, nor was anyone else a fan. Universally loathed. We learned that Damascus thought we would be enjoying a casual stroll with his ruck sack, but was misinformed of the Q’s ill intent. We denatured the term recover by following it directly with squats and a mosey/shuffle that was completely uncalled for.

Radar was a bit late and Landfill left a bit early, but I expect they will meet up later today to fill each other in on what they each missed. Given the pace during Q-Source and the choices by the Q on the Ruck portion, they may end up having a vigorous debate on who trim off the worst part of the festivities.

At common COT Hatchet led the close. Pax were reminded of Ex-Laxstravanaganza on February 3rd. One-Star reminded us all of the important part we play for those grieving in our circles. There was a shoutout for the The 80/80 Marriage book currently being used by the book study both for its impact in the home, and at work. Finally, Hathcet took us out with a Ball of Man.

Next week Ruck U will return to the Waxhaw Water Tower by the Church where we will review F3 Group. For those who have not joined on the 30/30 format yet; we begin with what should be a vigorous 30 minute workout and then a 30 minute Q-Source discussion of the weeks topic. We will start at 5:15 and end COT with The Floater crew.
