THE THANG:. Long way to front of high school-30 Mike Tyson’s and 90 dips.

To the random school benches in Geeb’s jungle- running thrice with 45 sermons and 95 of those under the metal bar pull up thingys (I’m turning into my dad and can’t remember, oof).

We then went over to the staircase. Run around the path 4-5 times with 20 burpees and 180 donkey kicks

To the rock pile on the path –
Grabbed a rock and ran with it with exercises.  Retuned rocks. Mumblechatter became unbearable here despite excellent enunciation and direction giving. Good thing time was up.

3+ miles. Runners will have to get their miles in tomorrow sorry for the light work. No new injuries and all smiling faces though so mission accomplished
