Mosey around the church. Warmup with SSH, Moroccan Night Clubs, Potato pickers, mountain climbers, stretching.

Mosey over to the HT parking lot. Paul Abdul across the parking lot on the lines. 5 Merkins and 5 Big Bois.

Over to the storage units. Complicated 7‘s on the hill with J-Lo‘s and SSH‘s.

Time was going slow – or: everybody crushed it! So: Merkin 4 Corners around the island. 5 Normal, Wide Arm, Diamond, T-Merkins.
Repeato.

Mosey back to the Church Parking Lot… big starfish with 2 Burpees in the middle and 10 squats, 10 merkins, 10 speed skaters, 10 Big Bois in the corners.
Repeato.

Indian Run around the Parking lot back to COT.
Ab-Circle for the remaining minutes.

Fusebox asked for the „good, bad and the ugly“ of the BRR… my brain was still not functioning well, but U-Haul jumped in and gave a great overview.
Big round of applause was heard for ChatterBox‘s and Kid Rock‘s teams in admiration of our stupidness…
