Black Hat made it clear when I agreed to Q, that this was a 0.0 workout (or at least very close to one), so I promised to keep us local to keep the tears at a minimum.
Starfish – R1 = 10 reps, R2 = 15 reps, R3 = 20 reps
– Middle (return after each station) = 5 man makers / blockies depending on your lexicon
– Station 1 = Coupon swings
– Station 2 = Squat thrusts
– Station 3 = Merkins
– Station 4 = Coupon rows
– Station 5 = Curls
Took a detour between rounds 2 and 3 to do an a web (Big Bois / Crunches)
Finished with a final round of curls to kill the clock.
Moleskin
– Thank you Black Hat for bringing me out to Q today. It was a lot of fun and very different from my normal Tuesday AOs
– Dunkin crushed it (surprise) – leading the pack each round while wearing his 20lb vest
– Catfish pre-ran with YHC and tried to push the pace in hopes of impacting the actual workout, but I’m still glad he showed
– Pyro may be getting too confident in his photo skills, trying a moving camera powered by hand gestures that ended up cutting off 2 PAX
– Cartel, Endo, Peaches decided to attempt some upper body work to balance their MTB-heavy leg days
– Everyone worked hard and did all reps (except when YHC forgot how to count and unsuccessfully tried to reduce my swing count)
