What had happened was:
– Great to have 16 PAX on a Saturday all at ONE workout
– With 90% participation at the ONE Coffeeteria
– 30 mins on turf field: Worm burners with frisbees, Sprints, Overhead Presses, and Burpees
– 30 mins at Dumpster Hill: KB exercises with sprints up the hill
– Mixed in story time planking throughout: PAX would plank while one of us shares their One Word for 2026 and The Why behind it
– Appreciate the PAX who shared and even the ONE who laughed at the Q. ⚡️:cat:
– Recap: Zin said it best in COT, “Lean into F3 in 2026. Even if you don’t feel connected, keep showing up. Working hard while laughing is a gift. However, beware of Recalc now that he is not a respect and might look to hang out with younger people.”
