What had happened was: Titan pax rolled DEEP today thx to stellar F3tallica marketing by Gasparilla. Sugar fired up those sweet jets of his and we got our run on along with merkins, burpees, dry docks, and prisoner squat/sprint partner work. YHC led some heavy metal KB stuff- swings w lunges and running, musical kettlebells circuit, swings w rifle carries and running, coupla moseys, Ab web led by cameo Q Deadwood.
And speaking of KBs, for whom DOES the bell toll? Well this morning it tolled for Bottlecap, who handed his co site Q duties off to YHC. BC and Dasher built a behemoth giant colossus titan of an AO from scratch and ~ 1 year later it is THE hot ticket Sat AM. Gasparilla and I will continue to rock on and bring the fireworks.
