Who lived up to being a Titan?
– Transporter brought the big bell and was up front all day
– Rain Man and Gerber looked longingly into each other’s eyes challenged each other as usual on the runs
– Black Hat is wasting away before our eyes; lots of weight loss can be directly attributed to the effort he gives at workouts
– Falcon and Rocketman purposely avoided Dunkin’s Q posted for the first time at Titan and showed the PAX how to crush the Suspended Supines
– Dasher and Chastain are really dumb doing the 4x4x48 and still chose to post and pushed the front of the PAX all workout
– Zinfandel is back to crushing workouts rather than caring about form except my merkin form apparently
– Deadwood continues to impress with his 4 workouts per day during 75 Hard
– Sugar Daddy apparently didn’t think the workout was tough enough so he decided to add some pull-ups in late in the workout
– Elmers goes back-to-back hour long workouts and is starting to look svelte (he will have to look up that word since he is an NC State fan)
– Das Boot was a bit unusual today; he showed up early and was quieter than normal, but he was sneaky fast all morning as usual
– For all other PAX not mentioned, they didn’t reach Titan status today. Try again next week
