WARMUP: Moving stretch. Stopped at each light up the road in front of the school for calf stretches, up/downward dog and runner stretch.
THE THANG: Run to the lake in one of the adjoining neighborhoods. On the way down – squats and lbc’s at every mailbox. Partner up – like speed. Each run in different directions around the pond and do 10 hand slap Hurley’s when you meet – x4. 7’s up the grassy knoll (burpees and squats). Run out of the neighborhood doing garden variety lbc’s, right pistol and then left pistol. Mosey back to the entrance. Lunge to a couple of lights. Grab some wall for air presses and donkey kicks with last kick hold for balls to the wall. Each light back to COT was alternating plank jacks, merkins and something else I can’t recall.
