THE THANG:
We started off with 4 corners in the bus lot.
5 reg merkins, 5 diamond, 5 hand release, 5 wide arm for lap one. We did 3 rounds adding 5 reps per round. A little mary actions.
The second set was speed skaters and squats. We followed the same rep count. A little mary action.
Next up was the little hill by the track. Run down the hill for 10 merkins, run backwards up the hill, and 10 Big Boi’s at the top. Did that 6 or 7 time. That’s what happens when you do the BB a day late. You forget shit. Everyone finished with Tron’s on his last round with him.
The we headed over to the front drag for 5 burpees and 5 get ups alternating light poles. We finished and were back to COT with 30 seconds to spare so we wrapped up with a few burpees.

So the reason for today’s chest (peck) blast is, a few of us ran into Easy’s wife (Anna) on Monday afternoon and we asked her about his 75 hard challenge, which by the way she doesn’t think he will make if past the 1st week of Feb. She even put a $20 in the over/under pot. She also gave us some areas that he really needs to focus on growth for 24 was biceps and pecks. Strange but ok, we can help with that. Your welcome Easy!
Q School 1/20 starting at 6:00 Cutty launch. If you’ve Q’d 10 time or less you should be there. If you’re on Q and you get the Pax back to COT late you should be there. If you’re not sure then you should be there. Rainman and I will be on Q.
