Started with a big loop of the Target parking lot. Damascus asserted dominance over the Pikachu crowd. Short warm up and stretches followed.
Moseyed over to the target lot with bells in hand for a whiteboard workout.
3 sets for each lift with a 20-10-5 rep cadence. After each set ran to the next parking row and did 1 burpee.

ran a small lap and finished right on the buzzer.
No complaints and max effort by all despite some lingering injuries, blood, and tears :muscle:
