Play on the hills near the storage area with Mike Tyson’s , Lunges, Merkins, Squats and LBCs/pistols
Head back towards COT but stopping along the way for some lunges in HT lot
Get to COT and play on curb with some sidewalk slide over merkins
Now the real work with kettle bells
Swings – Halos -Single leg deadlifts – curls/triceps
Mix in some burpees -sprints -bomb jacks and more Lungees
