Stretches included SSH, MNC’s, CS’s, RS’s, DD’s into UD’s and to make sure we were warmed up, 10 Merkins and 10 Big Boys.
Then we moseyed over to the track where the Board of Pain:tm: was setup. We logged in almost 3miles while doing 4 sets of Squats, Mike Tyson’s, Flutter Kicks, Big Boys, Merkins, Lunges. Some even got into the Burpees.
Awesome job, everyone pushed themselves and it turned out to be a nice workout!!!
