Gerber texted me the other day and said he would have an FNG. While I noted it, I didn’t modify the workout. Just planned to circle back as needed and to keep it rolling.

DiCCS shown. Let’s mosey. Head towards the front of the middle school and circle up. Warm up:
– 20 x SSH
– 20 x Moroccan Night Club
– 20 x Potato Pickers
– Calf Stretch
– Downward/Upward Dog

Slight mosey and realize, “Damn, this asphalt is nice!” Tyson and Bear Crawl Webb since this lot is like butter. What an ass kicker but let’s all be thankful I did it at the start and not at the end?

Mosey to the front of the high school for some abs. Thanks to the 5 fellas who called a round!

Mosey to the alcove. 15 x wall kicks, mosey to other alcove and 15 x Big Boys, run it again but 10 x each and then again at 5 x each.

Mosey to the benches for 20 x dips and run to tables for 10 x step ups, 2:1. 2 rounds.

Mosey to the overhang. 4 x burpees at the top. Run down and at the corner knock out 10 x Carolina Dry Docks. Run to the stairs for 4 x calf raises per step. Repeat x 3 times.

Mosey to the front of the middle school for the last few minutes with some modified 7s? 6 x HR merkins at the start, run around the flag poles and make the short loop. 5 x HE merkins now and… Rinse and repeat…

60 seconds left and called it to get back to COT.

It was just a classic beatdown. Exercises and running. Nothing too fancy. Nothing overly complicated. Just keep the HR up, chase the pax in front of you and personally improve.

Shout out to our FNG U-Haul! Great job getting him out Gerber. If memory serves me correct, he’s 52, was an army brat from Arkansas. Married with 4 x kids (ages 31 to 19?) and he’s worked for Ryder since he was 18. He also bred Gerber’s dog, which is a poodle. No one was surprised by Gerber’s shedless dog choice and I tried to push the name spayed or neutered. Schneider’s Uhaul was just too good…
