We headed towards the field, bringing our kettlebells along. Stopped for a warmup at the dumpster hill and finally ended up in the goal line.
Killer Bs was a huge hit at Swarm so figured everyone would love it at the Combine. Start at number 1 and add the next exercise and corresponding reps each time.

2. Burpees
3. Big Bois
4. Bonnie Blairs (2=1)
5. Bomb Jacks (“of course” says Gerber )
6. Box Cutters
7. Bobby Hurleys
8. Broad Jumps (or Bunny Hops like most pax did)
It took the pax (mostly Damascus ) a while to get it down so to make sure it was really baked in we did it again then finished with a merkin circle.

I don’t remember exactly what he did but it was basically do a bunch of kettlebell reps then rifle carry and/or lunge walk to the opposite side of the field. Then Repeato with different exercises. It was…great.
The last 10 minutes was what everyone was really there for. Partner pushes on the sleds. I won’t try to describe it. If you weren’t there then you missed out.
