I got myself voluntold to Q after Rain Man’s injury. I did it to myself. I pulled out an oldie but a goodie, changed up the exercises but kept the theme. What’s the theme, you ask? “When you’re lifting you wish you were running. When you’re running you wish you were lifting.”
