I hate being cold!
A little bit of a longer warm up run to warm up around the Target parking lot then Chick-fil-a lot back to PetSmart
Had the century club lined up to focus on upper body for the most part. We only ended up getting through 5 of the exercises. Swings, squat thrusters, simba, upright row, curl to press, and plank pulls.
Had a great turn out of 22.
Chastain took us out.
