What had happened was: Again, the marketing was PRE-BLAST! 😂 Not sure why!! But one thing is for sure—the Q must show up and deliver!
The PAX got after it today with 2½+ miles in the books! Started with a mosey, then hit the Target parking lot for some sprints. From there, we got into partner work—Farmer Carries, 4 Burpees, then run and catch your partner! No one was getting left behind!
Then we took it into the neighborhood for partner hill sprints, mixed in with handle-slap Merkins and Bobby Hurleys—5 rounds! 🔥
Made our way back to the bells and finished strong with some Cowbell work to close it out.
The PAX showed up, put in the work, and got better today! Great effort by everyone!
