Over to target lot for SSH, cadence merkins and squats – head back to Petsmart lot.

THE THANG:
Thing 1 – Starfish(yes they teach that in Q School). Equal groups of pax separate to each corner and take kettlebell with them.
Kettlebell’s stay put and pax rotate through
20 of swings, push press, goblet squat and simba’s. 10 Bobby Hurleys at the center each rotation. Of course there will be uneven teams; but thank God for the miracle of birth as we witnessed a live birth of the F3 Siamese Quintuplets ( Gerber,Chatterbox, Black hat, and Chastain). They were able to perform all exercises and rotate still connected.

– but the idea was to have Pax take a shot at different 🛎️- try out something heavier maybe.

Mosey to narrow parking lot
Bear crawl kettle pulls to first speed bump, murder bunny to next and another set of crawls.

Head to the very safe long drive. Island suicides with 20 KN swings. Start at top island, 20 swings, run to last isle and back.
Advance to next isle and continue to the end.

Repeato back up the hill
Repeato on the bear crawl/ MB cycle
