COUNT: 17
Warm Up: Before we launched, I told the Pax if they were here for the disclaimer, they came to the wrong workout. We took off a a medium pace and meet up in some random parking lot to let the Pax catch up. We covered the F3 basic warm up: SSH, IW, Merkins with runner stretch

The Thang: Run to the corner of Great Rd and Five Forks – 25 Dive Bombmerkin , run around the rectangle off Trading Path Rd, Surveyor General Dr, Pawpa to Great Road, 50 jump squats, and run back to where we started for another 25 divebomb merkins

Head to the corner for some AB’s waiting for the 6

Take Trading Path and run to each of the 3 dead ends: Howards Mill Ln, Gallberry Ln #1 and #2
1) 10 single leg burpees, 20 Monkey humpers, 15 box cutters
2) 10 single leg burpees, 20 sumo squats, 15 reverse box cutters
3) 10 burpees, 20 squats, 30 flutters

Took the path from Gallberry Ln through the woods to Prickley Ln. Time for some Mary while we wait for the 6, but sprinklers turned on…time to go.

Given the time on the clock, gave the instructions that any Pax needing more time, they should head up the road and to the right to exit the hood back to home. For the rest, we headed to the corner of Old Benngton.

5 hand release merkins, run Chatooka Ln cul-de-sac for 10 squats and back to Old Benngton for 5 hand release merkins and run to the next cul-de-sac Old Bennington Rd for 10 squats then back to the corner to meet up, 5 hand release merkins and an agressive run back home.

COT: (Not sure who took us out)

Ye’ Old Moleskin:
– Thank you Deadwood for allowing me to guest Q. The pleasure was all mine! You can always butter me up and I might be willing to come back to another AO.
– For all the Pax that complimented me on my ability to navigate this route, thanks! This was my biggest worry today. Google Earth is amazing!
– Also, I think the Pax were surprised at my ability to find the cut through #metoo. I almost wish I wouldn’t have found that…the HILLS! Those hills were not marked on on my map, but I am so glad that we ran it, that was probably one of the coolest parts of the Q
– I wish I could add some comments for each pax in attendance, but there were too many to call out. Honestly, that is a huge compliment on its own, your group is so dedicated and close, it made it a really fun morning.
– It was great to connect with a few guys I don’t see much OG- Ice Nine, Gruber, Chastine, Dunkin; from the Covid (online workouts): Bottle Cap; Smoky Mountain Relay- LegalZoom..I am sure I missed more, sorry!
-Lots of timekeepers out there today. ALthough I respect clock management, I am a pro 😉 We start on time and we end on time! Nailed it!
-Welcome Jitterbug (FNG-Greg Mashing), keep coming back. It never gets easier, you just get stronger
-As I mentioned, there were 2 cool parts to the workout. The trail run and the big Pax numbers. I know this COT was a combination of 2 sites, but I was so impressed to see the healthy numbers and guys pushing so hard today during my Q. Very appreciated.
– Lastly to anyone in the 6 today. Thank you for pushing hard and making the adjustments to push yourself. Thank you to Pax for keeping an eye on them so I could do my thang.

Have a great day!
