With it being race weekend my warm-up count was 24 because it my favorite number, Nascar team I follow, and it’s 2024. I wish I would have put some money on the race yesterday. 24 won by a half car length. Ricky Bobby put in a special call to Hendrick MS to have them wreck everyone else.

Had to show the 45 minute BC fellas how the 60 minute guys live on the other side of the tracks and took them on the HS Track. Some comments made, “man this feels good on my knees”, “this is nice”, “I don’t mind doing BB on this” and “we need to do this more”.

The line of the day was from Gerber on the way back. This light is flickering and barely working like Deadwood is in the back.

Of course we did some hard work in there as well. There was no messing around 3 warm up exercises then the drop of the green flag.
