Drop weight. 1 lap around the track. SSH. JD. LSSquats. Let’s completed a sort of an AMRAP.
4 laps = 1 around track + snake the stairs. Ruck On + 2 Items & a Lap. Ruck on + 1 Item & a Lap. Ruck On & a Lap. Ruck Off & a Lap
Once completed, I was introduced to the Grinder by Transporter. Snake the stairs with the same rhythm as above. 3 items, 2 items, 1 item and no gear. Repeato. Terrible.
