What had happened was: we did half rifle carry and half light jog to the field, double calf stretch which made Damascus very happy, then the beat down happened, run 90 yards, 10 merkins, run 70 into 20 big boys, run 50 into 30 squats, run 30 into 40 American Hammers, run 10 to 50 flutters and we did it all again in reverse.

Then we realized that it wasn’t a beat down at all compared to what Gasparilla had for us. SNATCHES, SNATCHES, and more SNATCHES. Not the kind Zinfandel likes either.

We headed back to COT for an inspirational talk and to get showered with champagne.
