WARMUP:
Brief mosey around parking lot and the new 75Hard fan favorite workout#2 – stretching. Discussed evolution of Potato Pickers into Jimmy Dugans, a variation that was provided by Moneyball as he hated the clap as part of the Potato Pickers. So in homage of a League of their Own Quote – After Jimmy Dugan signs baseball for little boy – “Avoid the clap, Jimmy Dugan” and responds with “Hey, that’s good advice!”

THE THANG:
Bring the sandbags down to the track, and then YHC splits the groups up into 2 groups. Thought was to try and put gazelles and bat flippers into one group and the rest into group 2. Little did I know that the Gazelles/Bat Flippers would struggle so mightly working together and handing off the bag.

Round 1 – First group grabbed 1 sandbag and did indian burpee run, while other group did Jack Webb (Merkins/Shoulder Press), and then flapjack

Round 2 – First group grabbed 2 sandbags and divided to do indian burpee run, while other group finished Jack Webb, flapjack

Round 3 – First group paired up with each pair grabbing a sandbag and did indian burpee run, while other group did Big Boi/American Hammers

Round 4, 5,6 – Went in reverse order back until each group had only 1 sandbag

Return sandbags to trunk and line up for Paula Abdul across the front – speed skaters and merkins
Group Gazelles/Bat Flippers – Go 4 up and 3 back
Group 2 – Go 2 up and 1 back
Goal: Was to get the Gazelles/Bat Flippers to be the 6, and timed up pretty well

Next go to front of school and partner up. Partners go in opposite ways around islands when you meet on one side do 5 x handslap merkins. Reverse and go other way and do 5 handslap Bobby Hurleys. Go to end of time and mosey back to COT

Moleskin:
+Big debate on where Deflated would go with both members of LRC on Q, based on a peak of our weinkes, he ultimately selected YHC over Smithers.
+Get to Watchtower, Deadwood began to flash us , being opportunistic knowing that there was an opening for a 3rd today and revealed that sandbags were part of the weinke which YHC intentionally omitted earlier. After so many years of F3 together, have to keep a little mystery amongst the relationship and spice things up
+Deflated then proceeded at every chance to provide commentary for YHC, which originally I thought was Hitch, Stick, Glass, but quickly realized he was not pointing out hazards and was stating other words that rhyme with aforementioned
+Have to give it up to Deadwood for his subliminal ability to still get involved in a Q, YHC last text from him probably was seeking to join him for Bonefrog (what has 3 eyes? You and I when we go to Bonefrog, circa EFFEE 2018) but got text saying to play along when others ask if I wanted to use his sandbags for the workout this morning.
