Bus lot 10 dips at one end and 20 SC steps ups at the other end. We did this a handful of times which ended up being 5 times.
Then we headed to the track. There were 2 exercises written at each corner that were abs or legs. Did 4 laps alternating between the exercises for 10 reps.
Bear crawl across the field then back to the parking lot for some made up shit for the last 4 minutes.
This weekend you can serve or compete but no matter what you will get some good 2nd F
