Mosey around towards the other side of the school. Circle up for:
1. 20 x SSH IC
2. 15 x Moroccan Night Clubs
3. 15 x squats
4. Calf Stretch
5. Downward Dog
6. Upward Dog
Mosey to the strip. 10 x MTs at every light down the straightaway. Finish early circle back. No Mary. Circle all the way back to the 6 and continue the same exercises. People didn’t love this and lots of grunting at the end. We do the hard stuff.
Mosey to main lot for 4 corners, 2 rounds:
5 x burpees
10 x Bobby Hurley’s
15 x Big Boys
20 x Squats
Mosey to the bus parking lot and line up along the curb. 14 x HR Merkins, 13 x Butterflies, 12 x HRM, 11 x butterflies etc until all spots done. I started noticing the separation building as we continued and I noticed Singlet creating distance as each round went. This would become a sort of AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) unbeknownst to any of us, including the Q. When Singlet hits the curb after the last round, yell stop and everyone remember the last round of exercises you completed…or so I would hope.
Abs at the corner of the school.
Back to the strip. 10 x Lunges at every light. 30secs and mosey back to COT. Finished.

Sorry for the impromptu AMRAP. Totally not planned but it felt right as my Site Q brethren loves these damn things. I freaking hate them! However knowing where you are, identifying where you want to be, creating a plan and working around the obstacles is the key. We will run it back next month…be there!!
PS – take a look at where you are in the above list. Chase that pax next week and pass them. I shared with Inspector that I didn’t like him passing me this morning and I was chasing him the rest of the AMRAP. You should be doing that every morning…
And yes, just showing up is a great start. However speak your plans and goals into existence with a Battle Buddy™️, to your kids and wife. Discuss what they want to do for themselves and offer ways on how you might support them as well. Good dinner time discussions. Cheers to selfishness in 2024…
