Big day for the Flash boys taking a field trip to Lawson. Most pax are only familiar with the neighborhood from their cars driving home, so boot camping was a first for some and they all crushed it. Most who know me understand I won’t go easy even for a 45 minute workout so hopefully I delivered a proper beat down and earned some Q cred. I always feel like it’s a good Q when there’s zero chatter like this morning. Most important take away was nobody just gave up and quit which puts a smile on my face. Sure people had to modify a bit, but that’s ok and what you should do to avoid injury and to stay engaged. Well done Flash boy’s!
P.S. some of you are definitely ready to give Ignition or Swarm a try. Yes you might be the six, but you have to push yourself and start somewhere.
