THE THANG: Starting at bottom of hill, partner up with someone similar strength, and grab a lifting rock from a TREMENDOUS new rock pile.
P1 runs up the hill while P2 does 10 curls and 5 overhead squats. Repeato until P1 returns. Did that 4x.
Same concept except running up and down a steep (NOT muddy) hill 3 times. (Editor’s Note: Certain PAX modified as wanted due to new shoes . . . Is this acceptable F3 practice? Leave thoughts in the comments).
Run up the hill to another TREMENDOUS rock pile. Each PAX gets a rock and circles up for group exercise. Got 1 round in when a construction truck puts his lights on us and stays there. So we did what any innocent group of strange men at a construction site before sunrise would do . . . We quickly threw our rocks back in pile and ran as fast as we could like we stole something.
Long mosey back to COT with some SSH, Split Squat (crowd favorite), bear crawl, and sprints on way back in.
