Merkin to shoulder tap at the end of warm up was a doozy. Hooch texted me after saying he owes me a few shoulder taps. Anyone else?

Played in the park for the remainder of the workout. Ice 9 was trying to do his best version of Santa with the kids sled. Half century club with speed skaters, Big Boy’s, No train on the schedule so let’s do Burpees, Hammers, Diamond Merkins.

Back to COT to finish with 50 Big Boys and 50 Flutters.

I hear there might be a name change coming for Transporter. Next time you see him ask him about it.
Not only has 75 Hard made Singlet stronger it has made him faster. Watch out IPC. Could also be that he’s 33. 😉
Blackhat has been crushing all things 52 days in and he’s down like 25/30 lbs.
