I got the nod to Q the first half of titan. Not sure if that was sweat from the previous workout or sweat from the thoughts of making a good plan. Nonetheless, I accepted graciously. Thanks Bottlecap.
I jacked it up planned it out, pretended to know what I was doing ran a dry run alone Thursday after coffeteria. Knew it wouldn’t matter what I did it would suck Figured it would be approximately 2 rounds of misery.
First 30 mins U-Haul
Called it 10-20-30
– 10 Stations
– 20-30 reps per directions
– Mode of Transportation
– Mosey/backwards walk/bear crawl
1. Warmup
2. 20 Big Boys to get things going
3. Mosey to first station follow directions for kettlebell exercise
4. Backwards walk to next station
5. Repeat at all 10 stations
6. Bear Crawl to cross the parking lot and back to Big Boy station
7. Repeato
Second 30 mins Gerber
1. Mosey to football field
– Round 1
1. Bear crawl to 25, run to far goal line and back to start
– Round 2
1. Bear crawl to 25, lunge walk to 50, run to far goal line and back to start
– Round 3
1. Bear crawl to 25, lunge walk to 50, broad jump burpee to far 25, run to far goal line and back to start
– Round 4
1. Bear crawl to 25, lunge walk to 50, broad jump burpee to far 25, crab walk to far goal line and back to start
– Plank time
1. High plank, elbow plan, left foot, right foot, side plank (both sides)
– Mosey to Hill
1. 7s on the hill
– Return to COT
