What kind of sailor would YHC be if we didn’t spend Monday island hopping at The Lycan?

Twenty beautiful islands sat scattered across the AO, each one hiding its own little treasure chest of suffering. No maps. No shortcuts. Just good old-fashioned hard work.

Among the buried riches:

– Squats & Big Bois

The Thang
We shoved off with a 0.75-mile mosey, stretched out the sea legs, and charted our course. Five rows of four islands each. At every stop: 5 reps of each exercise. Clear a row? Take a Lap Around the World, then start the voyage again.

Five full rounds later, every island had been conquered and every sailor had earned a few more calluses.

The playlist never hit the rocks, the mumble chatter stayed strong, and the PAX kept rowing even when the tide turned against them. Nobody was left stranded, and everyone made it back to shore a little stronger than when we launched.
