Typical DW Q, but no sandbags. In an attempt to help the pax achieve the 5 min plank I added a new exercise I saw yesterday. It’s called a pike and it’s hard….if you do it.

Yes I admit this exercise with a bunch of grown men might be a little much but who cares! It’s super effective and is a smoker.

Mumble chatter was at an ALL TIME high! I looked around and everyone minus a few pax were just laying on the ground watching! Interesting, those that weren’t doing it were staring at the few of us that were!

Otherwise we ran, did lots of MT’s, merkins, a few burpees and ran a bit. Well done guys!
