You had to do 10 reps run 15 yards, do 1 burpee, then back to the KB for 10 more rep. Had to do a total of 5 rounds per exercise before moving on to the next movement. Wrapped up with about 5 minutes to carry all the Bells back to COT for a some flutters.
Q Juice was flowing hard today. So I brought an extra KB today that was a new purchase from M@C last week and I was ready to show it off like a shiny new toy (53lb KB). I was kind of surprised that no one was as excited as I was. Lame! Towards the end I forced Dunkin to give it a try with a little extra motivation of yelling at him a nicely as possible. Easy Button was down at the other end enjoying his 25lbs. BlueScreen finally brought a bigger KB, however it turns out it was the 8lb disguised with a big plastic coating. Zin was right next to me and I kept trying to get him to use one of the bigger KB’s. I think he finally caved to pressure once or twice. It was good having a couple of the west siders cross over in Carb, Hi Hat, and Twinkle but then again I’m technically a west sider.
It’s been 0 days since our last injury. Bottlecap hit Carb upside the head with the shovel flag.
