The workout was simple (and dumb):
10 reps – sprint to the curb and back
20 reps – 5k pace around the 0.2 mile loop
30 reps – 10k pace around the 0.3 mile loop
KB Swing until the 6 gets in then move on to the next exercise
Shoulder Press
Curl
Tricep Extension
Squat Thruster
Lawn Mower Pull
We ran out of time so we finished with:
20 High Pulls
15 Goblet Squats
10 Plank Pull Throughs (2 = 1)
