Warm-up Mosey towards the new Waxhaw Park making stops along the way for SSH, LSS, IW, Plank Jacks, Merkins.

At main walkway to the park…
3-Man Teams for some Hill Work:
•P1 Big Boys at Top
•P2 H2H at Bottom
•P3 Timer/Runner
x 5 rounds per Pax (up/back = 1)
Mosey to skate park in the back of the park for some balance planks.
Mosey to the rock pile behind the Amphitheater for more Partner work with rocks:
•P1 (150) Curls / P2 runs up stairs, across walkway, down stairs
P1 (100) OPress / P2 runs
P1 (50) Triceps / P2 runs
P1 (25) Curl 2 Press / P2 runs
Mosey to turf section for a Burpee Ladder with Running in between sets:
(10) 3-count’ish Burpees…run down to park entrance…(9) Burpees…run back to top…(8)…(7)…(6)…time almost up so mosey back towards COT.
Stops along the way for 5 Burpees…4…3…back at COT for 2 and 1. Two minutes of Mary courtesy of Twinkle Toes and Rockwell. Done!
Great work today, fellas. We started out with a lot of mumble chatter but once we got to the Burpee Runs that seemed to stop! I heard a lot of encouragement today all around, with men pushing each other to work hard and dig deep.
