Warmup
Jimmy Dugans (because Hatchet was there),
15 Merkins,
Low slow lunges,
15 more Merkins (because the Q forgot he already called them),
Imperial Walkers,
…and then we were off like Forrest Gump after a box of chocolates.
The Thang
5 & Dime was the call—because nothing says “fun” like combining middle school math with leg day. A lap around to get things moving, then to the stadium stairs:
• 5 squats at the top (to remind us how heavy gravity is),
• 10 ruck overhead presses at the bottom (to remind us how much we hate rucks).
Repeato until you start questioning your life choices—or until the lights on the stadium shut off, whichever comes first.
By the end, legs were jelly, arms were noodles, and the BRR band had played its greatest hits: Stairway to Pain, Merkin Madness, and the chart-topping single Should’ve Stayed in Bed.
Moleskin
• Great to see the BRR boys back together. Next stop: TBD.
• Shoutout to the PAX who brought their A-game—
• The Cutty Stadium stairs still undefeated.
