Today is a special day. Not only did I get to kick off the morning with a great workout, but it also marks eight years of growth, gratitude, and second chances. I’m incredibly thankful for those who have supported me, challenged me, and walked this journey with me. Sobriety has given me more than I ever imagined, and I don’t take a single moment for granted.
